OurBudget’s subscribers have important rights to understand how their information is collected, held, used and disclosed, as well as to access and correct, if necessary, that information. This Policy sets out those rights.
Input Data that subscribers enter in fields while using their OurBudget account (bill types, expenses, savings, investment categories).
Usage and activity information regarding the website and services (income, spending, investments, submissions, pages viewed, links accessed, navigation, dates/times).
Device/browser information: device type, browser type, general location, IP address, device identifiers.
Records of communications with OurBudget (emails, calls, chat, social media messages, posts, other communications).
Any other information provided by the subscriber.
OurBudget collects information when a subscriber:
submits information such as registering, retrieving log-in, requesting a new password;
uses the OurBudget services via the website;
refers another potential subscriber;
contacts OurBudget.
OurBudget only collects the information specified in this Privacy Policy for the principal purpose of allowing subscribers to establish and use the tools provided at www.ourbudget.com.au.
OurBudget may also use collected information to improve the website and its functionality, protect security, and comply with law. To the extent permitted, OurBudget may send subscribers account information or services that might be of interest (with opt-out options).
OurBudget will only share subscriber information with the subscriber, authorised officers/agents, service providers essential for functionality, and as required by law.
All Personal Data and Input Data can be deleted, changed or corrected anytime via the subscriber’s account. OurBudget does not retain deleted data or older versions. To access or correct any other information, subscribers may email oliver@ourbudget.com.au, and OurBudget will respond within 30 days.
OurBudget reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will notify subscribers by posting an updated version on the website.
